On Friday, October 17, 2025, Legend Internet Plc had the honour of hosting members of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) at our office in Abuja, as part of the official activities of the 2025 CIS Annual Conference. The visit offered an opportunity for meaningful exchange between leaders in Nigeria’s financial markets and our team at Legend, as we continue to bridge technology, innovation, and connectivity to drive growth across sectors.
A Guided Tour of Innovation
The CIS delegation began their visit with a guided tour of our key facilities — including the Customer Experience Lounge, Network Operations Centre (NOC), and Innovation and Product Development units. The tour provided first-hand insights into the infrastructure and teams powering Legend’s broadband and fintech solutions that serve homes, businesses, and institutions nationwide.
A Conversation on Transparency and Growth
Following the tour, members of the CIS leadership engaged in an interactive session and Q&A with our executive team, where discussions centered around corporate governance, market growth, and the future of Nigeria’s digital economy. Our Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Aisha Abdulaziz, shared insights on Legend’s journey as a publicly listed company and reaffirmed our commitment to the principles of transparency, corporate governance, and shareholder value.

She emphasized that every product Legend designs is rooted in its brand promise: to create a better way to live and connect. Strengthening Collaboration Across Sectors
The visit wrapped up with closing remarks from one of our CEO, who appreciated the CIS delegation for their time and engagement. Both teams emphasized the importance of collaboration between Nigeria’s technology and capital market sectors to unlock new opportunities for investment and innovation.
